Authors of accepted papers for both tracks must closely follows the instructions given below.

Moreover it is also reminded that authors or co-authors of accepted papers are expected to present the paper in person in Graz, 6-8 September 2022.

• The presenter of each accepted paper must register here
• The registration confirmation will contain a registration code (alphanumeric code composed of 27 characters) to be used in EDAS to upload the camera-ready of the accepted paper, which has to be revised according to the recommendations provided by the reviewers.
• All manuscripts shall be written in English and submitted using IEEE-Templates available here
• Depending on the track and the paper status, the following notes have to be duly taken into account:
  • Full-paper, „accept“:
    • The IEEE Copyright available on EDAS must be filled. Missing the IEEE Copyright, the paper cannot be uploaded
    • The camera ready of the paper must be in PDF format, generated through PDF eXpress, by using the conference ID: 55670X.
  • Full-paper, „only-presentation“ and Extended Abstract ,“accept“
    • No copyright has to be filled
    • The camera ready of the paper must be in PDF format.
  • All papers will in appear in conference proceedings which will be distributed to all registered participants in electronic form by September 4th.
    • Only the papers accepted in the Full-paper track (i.e. with status ‚accept‘) will also appear also on IEEE Xplore.
