• Access to the first morning of the ASMS/SPSC conference (not including lunch)

Notes:

1. Accompanying persons have full access to the full conference social programme including the guided walking tour, the conference dinner and the welcome reception hosted by the Governor of Styria.
2. This includes also all lunch and coffee-breaks during the conference as well as the guided walking tour, the conference dinner and the welcome reception hosted by the Governor of Styria.
3. This includes also all lunch and coffee-breaks during the school as well two networking dinners on Sunday and Monday

Cancellation Policy

Registration can be cancelled at any time and all personal data associated with the registration will be deleted in all conference data base and e-mail lists. Registration fee can be refunded (less Euro 200,00 of handling fee for conference participants / Euro 50,00 handling fee for online participants and for the SatNEx school) only if notification is given in writing before August 15, 2022. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded. The organization reserves the rights to cancel or substantially modify the conference program due to unforeseen circumstances not under its control and limits its liability to registration fee refunds only.
